All orders are fulfilled from our US-based warehouse in Jersey City, New Jersey. While Ecom GenZee is a UK-registered business, fulfillment and dispatch are managed entirely from our New Jersey facility. Delivery timelines are estimates only and may vary by destination, carrier, and customs processing.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on our Services — trademarks, text, images, graphics, reviews, video, audio, and their design/arrangement — is owned by Ecom GenZee, its affiliates, or licensors, and protected under applicable IP laws.

Nothing in these Terms grants you rights to our (or Shopify's or any third party's) intellectual property. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
